We offer the most advanced interventional pain management treatments to ideally help those in chronic pain avoid narcotics. We strive to have patients choose Pain Care Specialists of Oregon for optimal medical attention for themselves, their family and the community.

Clinic Policies:

We do not provide narcotic refills on the first visit.
We require patients to have follow-up visits with a provider in the clinic for each controlled substance refill.
We do not require an individual to have a primary care doctor prior to our seeing them as a patient.
We are happy to treat self-referring patients with the following restrictions:

• Each patient must use our online patient web portal for scheduling appointments.
• Each patient must have a primary care physician if the management of narcotics is required. PCSP is not able to manage a patient’s narcotics without the involvement of a primary care physician.
